Oh man, So Larrabee is the first state park in Washington which is cool. Stuck allong the costline of the chuckanut roadway, we look across at Anacrotes and further North to Canada. For this painting I walked a good 3 miles down a railroad, was freezing as I painted this, had to run back allong the railroad in almost pitch black trying to find the hole in the woods I took to get back to the car, my phone was on like 2 or 3 percent. Ended up getting to my car right as the state park gate was about to be shut!
Back of the painting is done at marthas beach
